Hot dip galvanized Angle steel
Hot dip galvanized Angle steel is also called hot dip galvanized Angle or hot dip zinc Angle steel. Hot dip galvanizing layer is formed by zinc in a high temperature liquid in three steps:
1. The surface of iron base is dissolved by zinc liquid to form zinc-ferroalloy phase layer;
2. Zinc ions in the alloy layer further diffuse to the matrix to form a zinc-iron intersoluble layer;
3. The surface of the alloy layer is surrounded by a zinc layer.
